Dastaranj Rezabaft Industrial Complex is the first and only manufacturer in Iran producing white, black, and colored polyester microfilament yarn, actively engaged in multiple sectors of the textile industry. It has consistently been one of the pillars of this industry both nationally and regionally.

From the outset, the factory has focused on the production of semi-drawn polyester yarn (POY) with the highest production capacity. By leveraging cutting-edge German technology, we have successfully launched the production of drawn and textured yarn (DTY) as a value-added product converted from POY. The factory’s DTY and POY production lines meet the highest international standards and have been operational following the installation of state-of-the-art machinery.

In order to maintain product efficiency and quality from the very beginning, a 9 MW power plant was constructed and commissioned during the first phase. In the second phase, a 5 MW plant was launched, followed by a third 12.5 MW power plant. Today, the factory has a total power generation capacity of 26.5 MW, which contributes electricity to the national grid.

Recognizing the layered structure of the melt-spinning industry—from upstream raw materials to consumer textiles—Dastaranj Rezabaft has taken a strategic approach to enhancing job creation, improving production efficiency, and remaining competitive in global markets. As part of this initiative, the factory has launched its circular knitting unit, utilizing advanced single and double jersey machines including Jacquard and semi-Jacquard systems.

The fabric dyeing and finishing halls are currently under development and will be operational shortly.

In addition to POY, the factory’s product portfolio includes FDY, ITY, TFO, and ATY yarns—various types of value-added polyester yarns derived from upstream materials. Capacity expansion for these products has already been implemented and production is ongoing.
